Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Hirelane, including Autopilot apply attempts, application kits, and credit purchases. By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Hirelane helps you match jobs, generate application materials, and attempt submissions to employer application systems. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or that every portal can be completed automatically.

3. Accounts & identity

You must sign in with a magic link (or other authentication we enable) using an email you control. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, resume, and work-authorization answers. Do not impersonate another person or submit false identity information to employers.

4. Credits & apply attempts

An application credit is charged only when Hirelane has confirmed a successful employer submission (Submitted). Before that outcome, a credit may be temporarily reserved; if the attempt ends as Failed, Needs Finish, Outreach, or Cancelled — or if employer portals block automatic submit (CAPTCHA, login walls, unsupported ATS) — the reservation is released and no credit is permanently consumed. Purchased credits are tied to your account ledger and are non-transferable. At our discretion we may restore a credit for confirmed hard infrastructure failures on Hirelane's side; contact support@hirelanejobs.com.

5. Payments

Paid plans and credit packs are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law or stated at checkout, purchases are non-refundable once credits are granted to your account.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate profile and work-authorization answers.
• Review materials before relying on them with employers.
• Comply with employer site terms when finishing applications in-browser.
• Do not use Hirelane to spam, misrepresent identity, or violate law.

7. No affiliation

Hirelane is an independent product. We are not affiliated with aiapply.co, FrogHire, Simplify, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, or the job boards we aggregate.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hirelane is not liable for hiring outcomes, employer decisions, or third-party site changes.
