Export or delete your account

1. Export your data

1. Sign in at /login
2. Open Settings → Privacy
3. Click Export my data to download a JSON file

The export includes your server workspace (profile, Tracker/kits snapshot), credit ledger summary, and whether Gmail send-as was connected. Gmail OAuth refresh tokens are not included in the download.

2. Delete your account

1. Sign in and open Settings → Privacy
2. Type DELETE in the confirmation box
3. Confirm the browser dialog

Deletion removes from Hirelane servers:

• Your cloud workspace
• Your credit ledger
• Your apply-mailbox message file (if present)
• Stored Gmail OAuth tokens used for send-as

Stripe may still hold a Customer record for payment compliance until cancelled in Stripe. Hirelane does not keep a copy of your ledger after deletion. Contact support@hirelanejobs.com if you need help.

3. Google / Gmail access

To disconnect Gmail without deleting your Hirelane account: Settings → Gmail send-as → Disconnect. That deletes Hirelane's encrypted tokens and best-effort revokes the Google grant. Full account deletion also removes tokens. You can revoke Hirelane in your Google Account permissions.
